Private Lesson Policy 
 
Absence: Notice of absence (via AthletaDesk) must be given no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time for the lesson to be made up later. If 24-hour notice was not given, or you did not show up to your scheduled lesson without notifying on AthletaDesk, a make up lesson will not be rescheduled at any point (unless a signed doctor's note is provided explaining reasons of absence). You will still be charged for your lesson.  Note: texting and/or emailing the Coach or Director will no longer be considered a valid notice.

Weather Procedure: As a result of severe weather conditions lessons may be cancelled at the discretion of the coach. You will be informed by your coach or director of any delays or cancellations. A make up lesson credit will be added to your account in case of cancellation, you will be responsible for booking the make up lesson via AthletaDesk.
 
Make Up Procedure: Make up lessons must be booked via AthletaDesk within 48 hours of your cancelled lesson. Rescheduled/make up lessons must be completed within 21 days of the missed lesson. If the make up lesson is not booked/completed within 21 days, the make up credit will expire. Please note that lessons will be made up only in the times that work around the coach’s schedule.
   
 
6-Lesson Package: All session packages are based upon six (6) lessons. Lessons must be booked for consecutive weeks ONLY (the lessons must be booked within a 6-week time period from start date). Packages cannot be used as drop in lessons. Lessons can be split one (1) per week or numerous days per week. Dates and times are subject to coaches availability.

* Manchester School of Soccer applies a $2.00 convenience fee to all bank transfer payments.
** Manchester School of Soccer applies a 3% convenience fee to all credit card payments.
*** 30-minute lessons are for players 6 years old or younger.
